Both homes for sale and the number of homes sold decreased compared to 2019. We’ve seen low inventory consistently over the past year, and expect this may continue. Though lower than last year, sales are still strong.
Months of inventory sold is the number of properties for sale divided by the number of properties sold. Average days on market has decreased, indicating a higher demand.
Average and median sold prices have both decreased this month, but are generally still on the rise.
Average price per square foot is down slightly from last year.
